Brendan Rodgers insists Celtic will fully focus on themselves despite Aberdeen facing Rangers in “second vs third” at Pittodrie.
The Hoops have a big game of their own tomorrow evening when they welcome Dundee to Parkhead.
Tony Docherty’s side have started the season in average fashion with nine points from their opening nine games including two wins and three draws.
The Dees have been stout opposition in the past and will provide a test for Celts in Glasgow and that’s where Rodgers’ mind will be for the full evening.

It may not necessarily be the same for sections of the Celtic support, though, as some of their focus may well be on the other two clubs fighting out below their club in the Scottish Premiership.
The Dons have matched Celts beat for beat thus far and trail only by goal difference.
Meanwhile the Light Blues have stuttered this season and are already six points behind both clubs in third with their boss, Philippe Clement, under some pressure at Ibrox.

Asked by the media this afternoon about how much he is likely to consider the other fixture at the top end of the division, Rodgers explained that, in his mind, there are no other matches being played tomorrow.
“It’s a game between second and third but of course, our focus is on our own game,” the Northern Irishman said. “You can only look after yourself.
“I’m so pleased I have a team that can play and have everything functioning and have everything working. If we look and think of anything else, that can take away from our performance.
Celtic lead the Scottish Premiership with rivals Rangers in third
“I’m sure it will be a really good game. It always is. Aberdeen Rangers vs Aberdeen, it’s a big game.
“But we have a massive game at home to Dundee. That’s our only focus. The result can be whatever.
“Irrespective we are only 10 games in. For us, it’s about focusing on getting three points, playing football, and entertaining our supporters. That’s ultimately what we can control.”
