Celtic fans are furious at the moment.
The Hoops were disappointing on Wednesday night as they could only draw 0-0 with Kairat Almaty in the first leg of their Champions League play-off.
Supporters inside Celtic Park chanted ‘sack the board’ during and after the game as they blamed the club’s hierarchy on the performance and result.
However, one Clyde 1 Superscoreboard pundit believes Brendan Rodgers deserves more criticism than he is getting at the moment.

Gordon Dalziel takes aim at Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers
Gordon Dalziel understands completely that Celtic fans feel the board are largely at fault for the stalemate against Kairat Almaty.
Celtic desperately need new signings but have left it extremely late to secure two new wingers, a striker and a back-up left-back.
That isn’t Rodgers’ fault because the board finalise the transfer dealings, but Dalziel feels the Celtic manager needs to take some responsibility.
Dalziel said: “I’m a little bit mixed here. I totally get where the Celtic fans are coming from, one million percent. I also look at how the board run the club.
“But I look at Celtic last night (Wednesday) as a team, I think the manager has got to take a bit of responsibility. He’s got enough at his disposal to win that game.
“Whether you agree or disagree with the transfer situation, and I think certainly a lot of Celtic fans will be very angry that it’s not happened for Brendan Rodgers in that sense.
“But he’s still got enough there at his disposal, and I think he’s flying under the radar a little bit because the first-half was abysmal for Celtic, probably the worst for a long, long time.
“I still fancy Celtic slightly (for the second leg), but I think they could be in a little bit of trouble if they don’t up their game.”
How Rodgers reacted to ‘sack the board’ chants
It’s true that even if Celtic are weaker than last season in terms of the quality in the squad, they should be defeating Kairat Almaty at Parkhead.
Two of Celtic’s most expensive signings of all time played on the night, yet Rodgers could not deliver a result.
But as mentioned, fury was mostly aimed towards Dermot Desmond, Michael Nicholson and Peter Lawwell – with the latter two present at Celtic Park for the draw.
Rodgers was quizzed on the ‘sack the board’ chanting and responded: “Well, listen, what I do know is over many years, the sack of the board normally means sack of the manager.
“It’s normally the manager that goes when that starts to be sung. But no, listen, I think I can only really look at the players that we have here and the performance.
“We’ve known for a long time what we’ve needed as a squad, so I don’t want to go in to that. I can only concentrate on what we have here.”
