Brendan Rodgers admits he’s not sure when Nicolas Kuhn will return for Celtic.
The manager offered the worrying update on the star man following the goalless draw with Dundee United.
Kuhn missed the action with Yang starting on the right-flank and Rodgers explained at the time why the German was out.
The playmaker has been in tremendous form this season with 12 goals and 11 assists in all competitions.

That has included a standout showing vs Rangers in the Premier Sports Cup Final as well as Champions League performances.
And any potential longer term issues would certainly be difficult for Celts to overcome considering the plan is already to look towards a winger in the January transfer window.
And now Northern Irishman Rodgers has provided a slightly unsettling update for fans in that he “doesn’t know” when Celtic’s top goal scorer for this term will be back in action.
But it may not be on Boxing Day when Celts face Motherwell at Parkhead.

“I don’t know how long Nicolas will be out for. Hopefully it’s not long term,” Rodgers said.
“He felt a problem with his knee and then he felt a twinge on Saturday.
“We hope that it’s not too long but I will find out more on Monday about whether he will be back for Thursday.
“He’d been running and moving okay but he felt a twinge when he passed the ball and we will need to see.
“Nicolas, we will need to see. He’s been tentative with his knee and we didn’t want to risk that.”

Kuhn’s injury was disappointing and the club were unable to beat the Tangerines without him at Tannadice last weekend.
Rodgers made four changes for that game due to injuries and illness but he made it clear that some of the rotations were simply precautionary.
“Cameron (Carter-Vickers) and Auston (Trusty) were ill,” the gaffer added.
“Ali (Johnston) should be back for Thursday and we just wanted to give him recovery time.
“He did really well to play in the final so we just wanted to rest him.”
