The Hoops secured league glory last season for the third consecutive campaign to leave arch-rivals Rangers in their wake, as Brendan Rodgers kept his promise made last summer.

Four-in-a-row and an incredible thirteenth title in 14 years will be the aim for the Bhoys across the 2024/25 season.

When is the 24/25 Premiership opening day?

The opening day of the 2024/25 Scottish Premiership campaign is scheduled for Saturday, August 3 but Flag Day for Celtic is on Sunday, August 4 against Kilmarnock.

Celtic faced Ross County in last season’s opener and registered a 4-2 win at Celtic Park, with David Turnbull netting a double. Three points against Killie will once again be the aim next season.

When is the 24/25 Premiership final day?

The final day of the Premiership season is scheduled for the weekend of May 17 and 18. Celtic had already secured the title by the final day of last season when they beat St Mirren 3-2.

When do Celtic play Rangers?

The first Glasgow Derby of the new campaign will take place at Celtic Park against Rangers on Saturday, August 31. Kick-off is at 3pm but could be subject to change for TV.

The second scheduled Glasgow Derby of the season will be played on Thursday, January 2 with a 3pm kick-off. Again, this could be subject to change for TV.
