Celtic have announced Norwich City and Blackburn Rovers will visit Celtic Park for pre-season friendlies this summer.
Blackburn will play the Bhoys on Saturday, July 16 for a 12:30pm kick-off, while Norwich will travel a week later on July 23 for a 3pm clash.
The friendlies, both of which are included as part of supporters’ season ticket, will come following a pre-season tour of Austria.

The Celts will travel to Europe for a 10-day camp in the first week of July, playing a number of matches.

It’s all in preparation for the 2022/23 campaign.
Thankfully, it’s increasingly looking like Celtic will be able to dodge summer UEFA qualifiers, meaning Ange Postecoglou will have the time and space to properly put his team through their paces.
The first match of the Scottish Premiership does kick-off on the weekend of July 30th, however, so it’s not quite an extended break for the Bhoys.
Games across multiple competitions have to be fit in prior to the Qatar 2022 World Cup which takes place in November and December.
