Celtic could hit the 100 mark for league goals this season at the weekend against Kilmarnock.
Ange Postecoglou‘s side venture to Ayrshire to take on Derek McInnes’s men on Sunday, knowing that victory will move us three points closer to glory.
The magic number right now is ten. Ten more points are required for us to be crowned champions, regardless of what happens with other teams.

But the side could hit a century of Premiership goals in the match at Rugby Park, and that’s not something that happens every year.
In the 22 seasons so far this century, Celtic have hit 100 goals or more just three times.
Under Martin O’Neill in 2003/04 we managed 105 goals. Ten seasons later, under Neil Lennon, we struck 102, and in the memorable invincible season we hit 106.
But, other than those, it’s been double digit campaigns for Celtic. Even last season, amid some huge scorelines, we netted just 92.
The 2022/23 side is on 98 at present, and has seven more games to go until the end of the league campaign.

If they keep up their current form (3.16 per match) then we’ll hit a remarkable 120 goals.
That would totally obliterate the record since the SPFL was formed in 2013.
So two goals this weekend will take us to the century. And that it extremely likely based on recent matches.
We’ve scored two or more in each of our last 20 matches in all competitions. The last time we didn’t manage to net twice in a match was December 17 at Pittodrie.
In other news, the Ben Siegrist situation at Celtic is a puzzling one
