Celtic fans have been reacting to the comments Charlie Adam made about the valuation of Odsonne Edouard.
You’ve probably seen them by now. Basically, the Dundee midfielder reckons bidding for Edouard should start at £5million.
Yes, you read that correctly.
“His performances since coming back are not gonna warrant double figures,” Adam said on PLZ Soccer.

“So what do they get? £5million for him and go from there?”
Right, now you’ve stopped laughing, let’s continue with this.
Putting the unprofessional nature of Adam’s comments about a fellow Premiership player to one side, the comments are pretty outrageous.
Edouard is a player who was signed for £9million three years ago, and has scored a barrowload of goals each season, not to mention his contribution for the French under-21 side.
To suggest that bidding should start at £5million is just a tiny bit ridiculous.
And thankfully I’m not the only one sharing this view.
Charlie Adam comments on Edouard were well off the mark

Believe it or not, those are some of the friendlier responses towards the Dundee captain.
Edouard hasn’t hit the form we know he can. He may not even get back to his top level, before leaving the club.
But let’s not go crazy here.
