It’s been a chaotic start to Celtic’s Annual General Meeting.
In truth, it was never going to be a quiet one given the backdrop of fan anger and protests.
But as Michael Nicholson and Peter Lawwell walked onto the stage, they were met by a chorus of boos from the shareholders in attendance, and a sea of giant red cards.
Chants of ‘sack the board’ heckled the videos that the club were trying to show, leading to the meeting being adjourned for half an hour.
The meeting is now back underway, but a group of fans have left their seats.
Celtic fans walk out of AGM as Peter Lawwell sends warning
This is not the usual atmosphere that we see at the Celtic AGM.
There are always little shenanigans going on with individuals, but nothing of the sort where the meeting is threatened to be closed.

But Lawwell has now said that he has “no issue” with closing the meeting if the behaviour before the adjournment is repeated.
A closure of the meeting could potentially lead to re-elections happening by proxy instead, with no shareholder meeting.
Some fans clearly aren’t expecting anything more from the rest of the AGM vacated their seats, though many returned.
Men’s team interim boss Martin O’Neill is present at the meeting, along with women’s manager Elena Sadiku. A penny for their thoughts.
But the anger has seemingly cooled and the board members are now delivering their speeches. A Q&A usually takes place, but the adjournment could take away from that time given that the meeting is still ending at the scheduled time of 12.30PM.
Say what you want about Celtic’s season so far, but it certainly hasn’t been dull…
