Lewis Capaldi is one of many celebrity Celtic fans.

The music star, who was born in Glasgow and raised in West Lothian, has not forgotten his Parkhead connection since his rise to international fame.

From singing Irish ballad ‘Grace’ on the Hot Ones YouTube channel to saying ‘Glasgow’s green and white’ on Italian TV, his authentic love for Celtic shines through.

Capaldi is currently on his summer tour of the UK, which will see him play sold-out shows in London, Manchester, Birmingham and other cities.

But when at the OVO Hydro for his show in Glasgow, he was pictured with one former Hoops hero – which has sent some fans into a craze.

Tom Rogic is back in Glasgow this month as one of many Celtic legends to feature in a charity match against Manchester United. The match was at Celtic Park last Saturday.

But the Australian has clearly been keeping himself busy, taking the time to enjoy the concert at the Hydro.

Rogic is aged just 32, putting into perspective how young he was when he made the decision to retire from football.

After delivering a league title under countryman Ange Postecoglou, he decided that his time at Celtic was up, making quite the emotional farewell in his final game at Celtic Park.

He made a move to England to play for West Bromwich Albion, but after a year struggling with his fitness, he retired to focus on his family.

There’s no doubt that he’ll always be welcome at Parkhead, as one of the most adored Celtic players of the past decade.

Where does Tom Rogic rank among Celtic midfielders?

The ‘Wizard of Oz’ is a classic example of a player whose highlight reel makes it appear like they should’ve played for Barcelona.

Rogic’s treble-winning goal against Aberdeen will always be his most iconic in Hoops, but he scored his fair share of worldies throughout his nine-and-a-half years.

A left-footed luxury player who could embarrass any opposition with flashes of genius, he was hampered by injuries at several points in his Hoops career.

This didn’t prevent him from making 276 appearances for Celtic under Neil Lennon, Ronny Deila, Brendan Rodgers and Postecoglou.
