It’s been tough to get tickets to watch games at Celtic Park this season.
Gone are the days when you could saunter in to virtually any home match, with thousands of empty green seats to be found.
Celtic Park has been pretty full again since Brendan Rodgers entered the scene in 2016. But things have stepped up even further under Ange Postecoglou.

The football has been easy on the eye under the Aussie, and the winning relentless. It’s little wonder that the vast majority of our home matches in 2022/23 have sold out.
After combing through the evidence on the official Celtic FC Tickets Twitter account, it is apparent that Celtic Park has a hugely impressive record this campaign.
Of our 17 Premiership home matches so far, 15 have sold-out. Only the visits of Motherwell (Oct 1) and Hibernian (Oct 15) had tickets remaining, or at least weren’t announced as sell-outs by the club.

All of our other league matches so far were sell-outs. This includes two winter midweek visits of Livingston and a game against St. Johnstone on Boxing Day.
Our three Champions League home games were also full, while we had very healthy crowds in place for Scottish Cup games against Greenock Morton and St. Mirren.
We have two remaining home matches this season. St. Mirren will visit us on May 20, while Aberdeen arrive a week later.
The latter should see the Premiership trophy handed over to Callum McGregor.
Both matches are extremely likely to be sell-outs. More exciting times ahead.
