Celtic have given supporters a first glimpse of Shane Duffy with his team-mates.
The club took to Twitter on Friday evening to share a minute long video from Lennoxtown that centred around new recruit Duffy.
The Republic of Ireland international is seen sharing a hug with Ismaila Soro at the start, and smiling virtually throughout despite the rainy conditions.
And Hoops fans were quick to show their delight at seeing the much-hyped defender with his fellow Hoops players.
Duffy will have added fresh impetus to training
It’s really pleasing to see everyone in such good spirits ahead of an important run of fixtures.
Hopefully the additions of Duffy and David Turnbull will have brought a new spark to training, and the tempo will have been raised as a result.
A big win in Dingwall tomorrow could really get our season going.
We’re backing Neil Lennon to make plenty of changes in his starting line-up, with the likes of Duffy, Albian Ajeti and Odsonne Edouard all to start.
If Lennon does go with a 3-5-2, and the above players perform well, spirits will be infinitely higher at the club than they were a fortnight ago.
And if that short social media clip is anything to go by, the camp is buoyant.
