The Bhoys media team mic’d the new manager up during his first week on the pitches at Lennoxtown and have posted some highlights on the club’s social media accounts.
You can hear Postecoglou encourage talents like Luca Connell and Odsonne Edouard during on the ball training sessions.
Postecoglou also seems to really reinforce that high-intensity pressing game that Liam Shaw talked about earlier in the week.
Getting insights like this into coaching at Lennoxtown is a real treat and we can only hope that Celtic keep it up throughout the season.
Celtic don’t have to give away any coaching secrets or do anything completely alien to engage supporters in the new era.
Stuff like this will genuinely help and get supporters on board.
We love seeing behind-the-scenes snippets like this. It gives us a sense of the relationships at play between staff and players.
It also clearly shows that Postecoglou gets right in amongst it on the training pitch. He’s absolutely thriving in that environment.

It’s impossible not to take to the guy. I only hope he can be successful. If he is, Celtic fans are going to absolutely adore him.
