Celtic will find out their Scottish Cup semi-final opponents on Monday 13th March, immediately following the last tie of the current round between Falkirk and Ayr United.
Ange Postecoglou’s Bhoys have romped through to the Hampden stage after a 3-0 victory over Hearts at Tynecastle. Aaron Mooy, Kyogo Furuhashi and Cameron Carter-Vickers were all on the scoresheet to keep Celtic’s push for a treble this season alive.
Elsewhere, Inverness Caledonian Thistle have also progressed after beating top-flight side Kilmarnock 2-1 on Friday night. Rangers take on Raith Rovers at Ibrox on Sunday afternoon before Falkirk and Ayr United face-off on Monday evening at 7:45pm.

Celtic Scottish Cup draw details
Postecoglou’s outfit will join Inverness CT and whoever remains from the other two matches in the pot. The draw will take place live on the BBC Scotland channel on Monday night at around 9:40pm, unless Falkirk and Ayr take their match to extra time.
Celtic’s tie will be played on either 29th or 30th April and is guaranteed to be on television. Both semi-finals will have live coverage available across Viaplay Sports 1 and BBC Scotland. Subscription channel Viaplay will have their pick of the semis, with the other game shown live on free-to-air television. The times of the fixtures have not yet been made clear.
Those fixtures come ahead of a showpiece final at the national stadium on Saturday 3rd June. Every Celtic fan will be hoping the Bhoys get to have a go at that one having already lifted the Scottish League Cup and pushed ahead by a nine-point margin at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
Celtic have already beaten Greenock Morton and St Mirren to this stage, as well as Hearts. With the fixture at Tynecastle seen as a significant barrier, it’s heartening that Postecoglou’s Bhoys have vaulted it with ease.
It will take a special effort from any opponent to stop this group if they keep this focus and intensity up.
