Celtic star Mohamed Elyounoussi has been included in the FIFA Ultimate Team 21 team of the week after his superb performance at home to Livingston on Saturday.

The Norwegian international scored a double against the West Lothian outfit as part of a 6-0 victory.

He was voted man of the match by supporters and has now earned another marker of his performance – an Ultimate Team card courtesy of EA Sports.

Elyounoussi’s rating has been boosted to an 84, taking a place in the lineup alongside Manchester United star Paul Pogba and Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette after their fine performances at the weekend.

The developer uses real-life form to determine who’s included and who isn’t. The rarity of the cards makes them sought after digital items to improve a user’s team.

Elyounoussi seems pretty happy with the news himself, promoting it on his Instagram account last night.

It all feeds into the attacking midfielder’s momentum heading into this weekend’s derby away to Rangers.

He’s scored three goals and assisted another in his last two appearances. One of his goals, of course, was against Steven Gerrard’s side at Celtic Park.

He’ll be looking to recreate his bursting run and header at Ibrox as the Bhoys attempt to reach the next round of the Scottish Cup.

If he manages that, calls to sign him up from Southampton this summer on a permanent basis will only grow.
