Some Celtic supporters have declared war on the club’s Twitter account this week in protest of Neil Lennon and his continued employment.
The reaction to club posts on social has been mostly negative for a couple of months now.
However, over the last couple of days, it’s kicked into a new gear as the club continue to hide behind a wall of silence.
Fans are flooding the replies with an image of Neil Lennon that makes it clear he is not wanted at Celtic Park.

No post appears to be safe! Even the announcement of a new signing was met by hundreds and hundreds of supporters posting the same image.
The club’s social media team are facing an uphill battle in seeking positive engagement while the status quo continues.
Celtic at fault for protest against Neil Lennon
Celtic haven’t helped themselves here. By referencing a review of Lennon’s position in the new year, back in December, there’s an expectation of communication on the issue.
Yet, they pretend everything is normal, sending the manager out for press conferences where he belligerently replies to fair questions about his future.
Even the Celtic SLO is being palmed off by decision-makers at Celtic Park as he stands up for fans.
For many, it’s unbelievable that Lennon will be in charge of Celtic heading into another match. After defeat to St Mirren at the weekend, there’s little hope of progress.
Tonight’s match against Kilmarnock is another tricky test for the Bhoys.
The Ayrshire side aren’t in great form, but they’ve taken action on their managerial situation, sacking Alex Dyer. Their players could be out to prove something live on television tonight.
If the Celtic players don’t perform again, there could be even more pressure on Lennon’s shoulders tomorrow morning.
