The draw for the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup has been made.
Martin O’Neill’s Celtic will face Rangers at Ibrox, with the game set to be played over the weekend of Saturday, 7th of March.
The Hoops beat Dundee in extra time on Saturday evening to book their quarter-final ticket, as the realistic chance to win a domestic double is still on.
Last season, Celtic won the double under Brendan Rodgers, but were denied a famous Treble following that heartbreaking Scottish Cup final loss to Aberdeen at Hampden.
Meanwhile, Rangers won nothing last term, and they will be hunting for their first trophy this season under new boss Danny Rohl after seeing off Queen’s Park in their own Scottish Cup tie.

Scott Brown reacts to Celtic’s Scottish Cup quarter-final draw against Rangers
Celtic’s legendary midfielder knows everything about taking part in these matches and coming out victorious.
On Sunday evening, Falkirk beat Stenhousemuir in extra time to book their own ticket into the quarter-final, and Scott Brown was working for BBC Scotland when the draw was made.

“Celtic have to go there now. It’s going to be a hard game, but you are in it to win it. These lads now who are with us (Falkirk players), I am sure they will be excited as well (to progress).”
