Celtic currently top to the Europa Conference League form table as the only side in the competition to have won their last 5 matches.
The Hoops will kickstart their ECL campaign tomorrow night against Bodo/Glimt in a huge clash at Celtic Park. Victory would see Celtic secure their 10th consecutive win in all competitions and 9th in 2022 alone.
And that’s something UEFA were keen to highlight as they provided a form guide that has the Hoops shining brightest at the top:
Indeed, the nearest to the Hoops are PAOK, Partizan Belgrade, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, and AZ Alkmaar – all of whom have won 4 and drawn 1 of their last 5.
Bodo/Glimt, meanwhile, who take the trip Parkhead tomorrow, have only won 2 and drawn 3 of their last 5 matches in all competitions.
It shows just how much of a juggernaut Ange Postecoglou’s side has been in recent weeks. And with the squad only getting stronger, things don’t look like slowing down anytime soon.
Nothing could be better at Celtic as Ange Postecoglou’s steam train powers on
We honestly couldn’t have picked a better setting heading into tonight’s match. We have the vast majority of our top stars fit and available minus Kyogo and David Turnbull. We have depth in key areas and a winning run that has fans firmly united behind the manager and his players.
If you stretched the form guide back to 10 matches, Celtic would be even further ahead of the rest of the Europa Conference League. Sure, it isn’t exactly detailed proof of our improvement, but it’s an indicator of just how well we’re performing at such a crucial stage of the season.
Granted, the strength of league in which we’re playing in has an effect. Of course it does. It’s difficult to compare ourselves to teams from England, France, and even the Netherlands to an extent. But that doesn’t mean Celtic aren’t flying and producing top performances on a weekly basis.

There’s a real strength of character to this Celtic side at the moment. Whilst you could say the strength of our league plays a part, there is no other side on that list provided by UEFA that contains anywhere near the pressure and responsibilities those Celtic players carry.
So that has to be taken into account as well. We’re in the midst of a gripping title-race, another thing many on that list can’t say either. You’ve got to take your hat off to the manager for that, stats like these always reflect extremely well on the club.
Hopefully, we go and make it 10 consecutive victories when Bodo/Glimt arrive at Celtic Park tomorrow.
In other news, Ange Postecoglou’s Celtic could snap a hugely impressive Bodo/Glimt record tomorrow night
