Celtic winger Jota has been speaking about his visit to The Brazen Head.

The Portuguese attacker made the trip to the iconic Celtic bar in the lead-up to our recent Scottish Cup semi-final against Rangers.

The winger wore a bumblebee kit and posed with supporters before netting the vital winner against our rivals.

67 Hail Hail were in attendance at today’s pre-derby press conference and chose to ask him about his experience.

“It was actually pretty decent,” he told us.

“I think it was not the full experience as I went there in the morning. So there weren’t a lot of people there.

“But the people who were there were definitely passionate about Celtic and I could see that.

“It was just fun to be around these iconic people in this iconic place and just to find out a bit more about the culture of the club and the past.

“We are doing something so the next generation can be here as well. It was very good to be around this kind of environment.”

Some fine words from Jota there. It was brilliant to see him so invested in Celtic’s history.

He’s netted big goals against Rangers already this season at both Hampden and Celtic Park.

It would be lovely if he could open his collection at Ibrox tomorrow.
