Scottish Masters Football 2024: TV channel, start time, confirmed Celtic squad & more

Celtic have their team confirmed that will take part in the Scottish Masters 2024 tournament tonight and it packed with household names and legends.

The Hoops won the 2023 tournament beating beating Hibs 5-2 in the final with Gary Hooper also picking up The Golden Boot as the tournament top scorer.

Clearly keen to retain their title, Celtic have chosen a fairly young and dynamic squad to take on Rangers, Dundee United and Aberdeen.

Celtic’s team to take part in the Scottish Masters 2024

• Michael McGovern, Darren O’Dea, Charlie Mulgrew, Joe Ledley, Stiliyan Petrov (c), Scott Brown, Simon Donnelly & Gary Hooper

Celtic will face Dundee United, who replace Hearts from last year, in the first fixture of the event which is being held at Aberdeen’s P&J Live. The Hoops then will then face Aberdeen in game four and then Rangers in game five.

Here are the teams that The Dons, Rangers and Dundee United are fielding to take on the reigning champions.

Aberdeen’s Scottish Masters 2024 squad

Rangers’ Scottish Masters 2024 squad

Rangers Players: Barry Ferguson, Kris Boyd, Lee McCulloch, Jermain Defoe, Roy Carroll, Pedro Mendes, Graham Dorrans & Nacho Novo.

Where to watch Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen and Dundee United in the TEXO Scottish Masters 2024

For those attending, the event opens it’s doors at 6pm with the action kicking off at 7:15pm. The tournament is expected to end at approximately 10:15pm.

For those who cannot attend, do not worry, you can still get your Celtic fix as BBC Scotland is showing the whole event live on Sportscene.

The program will broadcast from 7:15pm and Celtic fans will be able to watch all of the action as they hope to see their former heroes be crowned Scottish Masters champions once again.
