Chris Sutton enjoyed Celtic’s performance at home to Kilmarnock this afternoon and felt the Bhoys could have racked up the goals in the second half.
Ange Postecoglou’s side created chance after chance following half-time, having taken the lead through Jota just before the interval.
An Ash Taylor own goal rounded off the scoring at 2-0 thanks to good work from Kyogo Furuhashi and Reo Hatate but Sutton felt that Celtic should have won by an even bigger scoreline.

The former striker also shared his hopes for Giorgos Giakoumakis, who has been linked with a move away from the club but impressed today off the bench.
Writing on Twitter, Sutton said: “Celtic played some lovely football second half today but were wasteful in front of goal. Could’ve been 6!
“Got to say virtually every time Giakoumakis comes off the bench or plays he always looks like scoring or creating havoc. I hope he stays and sees this season out.”
The Greek forward was indeed a handful when he came into the game but, in fairness, Kyogo also looked sharp again and his scoring run justifies his place in the starting eleven right now.
Postecoglou is insistent he’s not concerned about Giakoumakis’ future and if the club sell this January it will be for decent money considering his contract status.
Sutton clearly likes the big striker, and rightly so, but it seems Kyogo will continue to be the first-choice striker in the manager’s starting eleven. And that’s probably the right call.
