The 2024 Celtic Annual General Meeting [AGM] takes place on Friday morning and several important topics surrounding the club are sure to come up and be discussed by key figures at the Parkhead club.
Brendan Rodgers has continued Celtic’s success since Ange Postecoglou left the Bhoys last summer and delivered a league and Scottish Cup double.
So far this season, Celtic remain unbeaten domestically and Rodgers edges the team closer to Champions League group stage progression for the first time since 2013.
Whilst the Celtic boss continues success on the pitch, the board have been delivering success off it. The Hoops’ annual accounts showed a healthy £77.2m sitting in Celtic’s bank account after recording a record turnover of £124.6m.
Celtic’s player trading model alongside the supporters’ incredible backing in season ticket and merchandising sales.
Celtic chairman Peter Lawwell, CEO Michael Nicholson and first team manager Brendan Rodgers are all expected to attend the meeting so the fans and shareholders will have the chance to ask questions on pressing issues surrounding the club.
What time does Celtic’s 2024 AGM start?
Doors open for shareholders to attend at Celtic Park on Friday 22nd of November 2024 at 10:30am and the meeting will begin at 11:30am.

As always, the meeting will begin with introductory messages from key figures at Celtic, a recap of the annual financial results and the resolutions to be voted on for the day.

There will also be video presentations, a Q&A session from the fans and shareholders on the floor and then, closing remarks from the board.
What will be discussed at Celtic’s 2024 AGM?
As usual, there will be the routine resolutions put forward which are due to be voted on and these have already been published by Celtic.
Eight ordinary resolutions consist mainly of the reappointment of directors will take place generally pass without any issue.

The Q&A session gives fans and shareholders a chance to ask for answers from the Celtic hierarchy which can range from the quality of catering to the transfer budget being made available to the manager.
