The Celtic board still have plenty to answer for.

Despite their condescending statement on Saturday night to allay furious fans, the complete opposite has unfolded instead.

Celtic fan groups and associations – including 67 Hail Hail – met with each other on Wednesday night and outlined a four-point plan to oust the board.

Now, former Celtic striker Frank McAvennie has reacted.

McAvennie brands Celtic board ‘completely tone deaf’

McAvennie used his Let Me Be Frank Podcast account on social media platform X to share the outcomes of the fan consultation meeting.

And he branded the Celtic board ‘completely tone deaf’, while warning that the hierarchy simply cannot ignore what is to come from supporters.

He said: “The Celtic board has proved itself to be completely tone deaf. But this time they will hear the message loud and clear.”
