Whoever comes up with these ideas for Celtic should get a pay rise. The club have been heavily involved in giving fans some brilliant social media content over the last few seasons and they have come up with another helping today.

Celtic have released an 80-second teaser on Twitter of unseen footage from Flag Day that gives the supporters a glimpse of what went on behind the scenes on the run-up to the big Saturday kick-off.

As the tweet suggests, you will be able to watch the whole 16-minute footage on Celtic TV but going by what this little trailer has shown so far, this piece of content is sure to be a massive hit with the Celtic support.

Indeed, the club are no stranger to releasing this kind of content. The most famous piece of footage was when Ange Postecoglou got his ‘Mic’d Up’ moment. From that day the infamous, ‘We Never Stop’ catchphrase was born and it became a mantra amongst the team and the fans.

Brendan Rodgers was given his very own version of that not too long ago as we got to see some footage of the Celtic manager in action in the Portugal training camp.

And in this excellent piece of footage, you hear Callum McGregor deliver clear instructions to the Celtic players in the pre-match warm-up.

The Celtic captain can be heard saying, “Make sure you get involved in the game early. Quick start, aggressive, get it short, get the cross.

“Get the whole place buzzing, early doors.”

As I said, it was an excellent piece of content for the fans that will whet their appetite for the whole piece of content that is available now to view.

My guess is that this won’t be the last we see of this kind of unique footage from the club. Keep it coming, I say!
