Luis Palma is shining right now at Lech Poznan after a difficult time at Celtic.
The Honduran struggled to get back into Brendan Rodgers’ starting XI despite Palma being a regular after his 2023 summer move from Aris up until December that year.
However, a drop in form and playing second fiddle to Daizen Maeda meant Palma’s game time at Celtic was extremely limited.
A loan move to Olympiacos proved fruitless and now, Palma’s Celtic loan exit to Lech Poznan appears to be paying off for the Honduran international.
So how is the Celtic winger actually feeling playing in the Polish top-flight? His wife Annie Cordova reveals all.

Luis Palma ‘really enjoying the change of team’ away from Celtic
Palma’s wife Annie Córdova was taking in Palma’s international game against Costa Rica when she gave an impromptu interview to a Honduran YouTuber.
Córdova told Américo Navarrete as translated by Deportes TVC, “I encourage him, I calm his anxiety and nerves a bit, I’m there for him for whatever he needs.
“It’s not that I love soccer, even though my husband is a soccer player, I like this environment with the Hondurans here.”
Palma is enjoying a rich vein of form in Poland with Lech Poznan, and his wife reveals that his form is due to the confidence their manager Neils Fredrikson has shown in him.
Cordova continued, “The Polish fans are incredible, they adore him, the Lech coach has given him an inexplicable amount of confidence, and that’s why it’s paid off.
“Luis’s prime is coming up. He’s really enjoying the change of team, you can see that,”
