Popular Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart has paid tribute to supporters for providing a fantastic environment that both he and his family can enjoy.
Hart, who was recently given the number one squad designation, has quickly made himself a hero with supporters, not only producing excellent performances on the pitch but also being a great ambassador off of it.
Speaking in a new interview with the official club website, the goalkeeper made it clear he is loving life at the Bhoys, in part because of what he sees in the stands and amongst the Celtic community.

He told CelticFC.com: “The actual atmosphere is exciting and an amazing thing to be part of, but for me personally being a family man, I’ve loved being able to bring my family, friends and children to a club that values things like that.
“You see people who have been supporters for years and others that will be fans for years after and those are the things that I really enjoy about the club.
“The atmosphere and support are fantastic, we feel it everywhere we go, but the values of the club are something that hits home for me and something I’m proud to be part of.
“I’ve loved every moment, but I’ve always loved playing football, fighting for things and being at the top. I love the pressure it brings, cup finals, semi-finals, being close to the supporters, and all that happens here.”
After a bit of a nightmare spell at Spurs, Hart must be relishing this late burst of excitement in his long, distinguished career.
At one point, he probably thought he wasn’t going to compete for trophies or play regularly for a big club again.
He came along at the right time for Celtic and it sounds like Celtic came along for the right time for him too.
Long may the relationship continue and hopefully he can maintain his first-pick form going into the new season. Nice one Joe!
