Nicolas Kuhn has opened up on what Adam Idah is like behind the scenes at Celtic after the striker made his big move from Norwich City this week.
The Republic of Ireland international put pen to paper on a five-year deal after Celtic agreed to pay Norwich City £9.5m after a summer of negotiations for the big striker.
Idah was crucial to Celtic’s successes on the park last season but it’s behind the scenes where teammate, Nicolas Kuhn, shares just how important the Irishman is to Brendan Rodgers’ team.
Idah’s ‘big character’ in Celtic dressing room
Quality off the pitch is just as important as having quality on it and it seems that Adah is a hugely popular figure amongst his Celtic teammates.
Kuhn admits how they all feel about the Irishman’s permanent move back to the club and it seems that Idah brings so much more to Celtic than his goalscoring ability.
Kuhn told the Daily Record, “I’m so happy to see Adam back because we had a good time together last season.
“We all hoped he would return and it’s great to see him make the move permanently. Adam offers a lot to us.
“He is a different type of striker and he scored so many big goals in important games for us.
“It’s always good to have more quality in the squad and he is also a big character in the changing room. Adam is fun to be around.”
Celtic fans could see Idah vs Hibs
Now that Idah is back, the Celtic fans will be desperate to see him in the Celtic jersey once again.

His nine goals last season proved pivotal in Brendan Rodgers picking up a league and Scottish Cup double last season and the Celtic fans will be looking forward to seeing how he kicks on under the Hoops gaffer.
With Kyogo Furuhashi a doubt for today’s League Cup clash against Hibs at Celtic Park, Idah might well get the nod to make his first start of the season.
The 23-year-old will get a huge welcome from the home support and Idah will be keen to pick up where he left off last season and open up his Celtic goalscoring account as quickly as possible.
