Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard is attracting more and more attention as his performances for the Scottish champions continue to improve.

The Frenchman was in sensational form for Neil Lennon’s team on Wednesday night, scoring two goals against Motherwell including a wonderful free-kick from outside the box.

With over 20 goals in all competitions and 16 assists to boot (Transfermarkt), he’s undoubtedly been one of the stand-out performers in the Scottish Premiership this season.

Some pundits like Michael Stewart and Gordon Strachan even think he’d walk straight into the Manchester United team.

It seems that some supporters of United and other teams including Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton are also thinking along the same lines, impressed by what he had to offer last night and earlier in the season.

Celtic have exported some high-value players in recent years including Virgil van Dijk, Moussa Dembele and Kieran Tierney, garnering the Hoops a good reputation for developing exceptional talent.

With the TV money available to clubs in the Premier League, Edouard could even set a new bar when it comes to an outgoing fee at the Hoops.
