Philippe Clement is already under mountains of pressure at Rangers.
So to hear the Ibrox manager use a Celtic star as an example of what time and patience can do to a player is music to our ears.
The Belgian may not be given too much of that time himself should results and performances across the city continue to flounder.
Gers sit third in the Scottish Premiership with the Hoops leading at a canter by 11 points and even Aberdeen still in second and holding a seven point lead over their nearest rivals behind them.

Clement’s wasters have struggled this term and already shipped points in five matches.
But following what must be acknowledged as an impressive 4-1 Europa League win over Nice in France last week – and then another narrow domestic victory over St Johnstone – Clement explained how his players still need to be given the time to gel together.
In what will likely look to Light Blues’ supporters as a bit of a slap in the face, Clement used Celtic’s superstar Nicolas Kuhn and his currently sparkling form this campaign as a measuring stick.
He pointed to the German taking some time to settle in Glasgow where last season he failed to hit the ground running.
Clement piled praise on Nicolas Kuhn for improving for Celtic this season
This year, though, it has been nothing short of majestic from Kuhn who has managed an incredible 11 goals and the same number of assists in just 19 outings.
The attacker has even shone in the Champions League and Clement attempted to convince Rangers supporters to show patience as he feels some of their talent could potentially show a similar trajectory.
If they are given the chance to do so.
What Philippe Clement said about Kuhn’s revival at Celtic
“I don’t wanna make comparisons too much with other teams but the better players, or better player, from the offensive part in the other part of the town, was six months or last season not starting there,” Clement said.
“He needed time after the transfer to get his rhythm, get his connection with other players. We’re working on that with all these guys and on the small details, and it’s about getting the confidence and the goals.
“But you see we are coming more and more in a good way in the box and get more and more chances. That’s the way we need to continue.”
