Reo Hatate has only ever known success during his time at Celtic.
The midfielder has won four league titles, two Scottish Cups and two Scottish League Cups since arriving in Glasgow and established himself as one of the best players in the division.
Hatate was once again a standout in Brendan Rodgers’ side last season but missed the final games of the season, including the Scottish Cup final defeat to Aberdeen due to injury.
It was unfortunate timing and the midfielder has admitted that it’s played on his mind.

Reo Hatate thinks he let his Celtic teammates down
Thankfully, Hatate has returned better than ever and scored the opening goal in Celtic’s 3-2 defeat to Estrela da Amadora.
However, the 27-year-old still feels guilty for missing the cup final and even thinks he let his teammates down.
“The worst thing about being injured is I felt like I let the team down,” he told The Scottish Sun.
“There were games left to win trophies and I couldn’t do anything to help. That was the hard part for me.
“It’s all in the past but I would hope something similar doesn’t happen in the future.”
Reo Hatate is happy to remain at Celtic
Brendan Rodgers is keen to keep his very best players at the club and although Hatate has been linked with moves away, the Celtic star is more than happy to stay in Glasgow.
“I enjoy my life in Scotland,” the 27-year-old added.
“It’s very busy with games and training so it’s not like I have a lot of time to go places and do tourist things during the season.
“But I like to go to restaurants or coffee shops, even just go for walks and enjoy the nice scenery and views.
