The Scottish Premiership table should tell everyone they need to know about a gap between Celtic and Rangers.
Celtic are cantering towards the league title despite their recent 1-0 defeat to St Johnstone on Sunday afternoon with a 13 point lead over their rivals.
Financially Celtic blow Gers out of the water and the transfer policies at both clubs also nods towards that being the case.
The debate continues to come up among pundits, though, and now a current Premiership player has weighed in on the discussion to provide his own thoughts.

Marcus Fraser says there is a clear gap between Celtic and Rangers
St Mirren star Marcus Fraser has played against both Glasgow giants throughout his five years in Paisley and the 30-year-old is better placed than most to discuss the gap.
“Do I think there’s a big gap between Celtic and Rangers? I do, yeah,” Fraser said on Open Goal’s pod.
“I just think Celtic, I know Brendan Rodgers in his interview questioned them a wee bit, but Celtic are just winners and know how to get over the line at every opportunity.
“That’s one thing I don’t think Rangers have done well enough over the last few seasons.”
Fraser was asked to elaborate on his opinion about Celtic being the much better side and he explained how their mentality is the difference maker.
Why Celtic are so far superior to Rangers
Brendan Rodgers is a winner at the helm while Gers don’t have a manager who is an experienced champion from the dugout.
That and the fact that Celtic’s squad depth can drag them over the finish line in big games even when struggling at times is a major plus point.
“It always seems to be 70 minutes and they bring two or three subs on that just freshens up the full team and gives them that extra bit to go and win the game,” Fraser added.
“You’ve got a wee bit to work on in the last 20 minutes or so against Celtic, definitely.”
