Stuttgart or Ferencvaros? That is the question

Celtic’s reward for beating Utrecht is qualifying for the knockout play-off phase.

As Martin O’Neill’s men finished 21st in the table, they are one of the unseeded sides and have found out they will play one of the two teams that finished 13th and 14th.

Stuttgart and Ferencvaros are the two in question and ahead of the draw, we want to know who you’d rather face.

Kieran Tierney earns his flowers for impressive display

Benjamin Nygren once again impressed as he took his goal contributions to 19 for the season after his goal and assist.

He was impressive yet again, but one player who also caught the eye among the 67 Hail Hail faithful was Kieran Tierney.

Tierney has received over 60 per cent of the vote, ahead of Arne Engels and any other suggestion after he dealt really well with Adrian Blake, a player that Celtic should look at signing.

Would you rather win the league or Europa League?

O’Neill insisted that Celtic can compete on all fronts before the win last night but it got us thinking: would you rather win the league or the Europa League?

As the Bhoys are in danger of missing out on the Scottish Premiership to one of Hearts or Rangers, the idea of winning in Europe may somewhat soften the blow.

Celtic fans would you rather: Win the Europa League but miss out on the league title?

Or… get knocked out of the Europa League and win the title?

The majority of the comments were in favour of winning the Europa League instead of the title, with one fan saying: “Win the Europa League 100 per cent. Success in Europe is the pinnacle of football.”

Benjamin Nygren: harshly treated or finally getting praise?

Nygren may be the club’s top scorer this season, but he hasn’t escaped criticism.

Many believe that he is sometimes slow on the ball and doesn’t suit the midfield role. However, whatever we say, the Sweden international has been the talisman.

Are Celtic fans too harsh towards Benjamin Nygren?

He was the exact same at FC Nordsjaelland, great in front of goal but sometimes went missing during passages of play.

What are your thoughts on the 24-year-old?
