Ferencvaros boss Robbie Keane is talking about Celtic again ahead of his side’s Europa League clash with Rangers tomorrow.
The Hungarians are in a great place in the league sitting 6th with 11 points before they come to Glasgow to face Rangers in matchday six of the Europa League.
Celtic face Roma in their own game in the competition as Wilfried Nancy prepares for his European debut in Paradise tomorrow night.
But as the Ferencvaros boss looked to talk about his side’s game against Rangers, the Scottish press weirdly brought Celtic into the conversation.
Robbie Keane’s ‘never say never’ at the possibility of managing Celtic
The Scottish media have been lambasting Celtic boss Nancy after he presided over the Hearts defeat at Parkhead on Sunday.
And to continue to take jabs at the Celtic manager, Keane was asked if he would still be interested in managing the Bhoys in the future.
Keane told the assembled press conference via Superscoreboard, “You can never say never in football. Of course. I’m one of those guys that I never think too far ahead. I can’t.
“I have to concentrate on what I do because you take your eye off the ball here, then you start losing games and you lose your job.
“So never say never, of course. But at the moment, I’m very, very happy here. As I said before, it’s a fantastic club. The stadium is amazing. The training ground is great.
“The fans are incredible, very like the Celtic fans in terms of how loud they are and being really passionate about their team.”

Celtic fans are not daft. The person who asked Keane this question knew exactly what they were doing.
With all the disgraceful pressure being applied to Nancy from the press, this question is yet another thinly-veiled dig at the Celtic manager.
Who in their right mind thinks that this question is morally correct when Nancy is the Celtic manager and is less than a week in the job?
It’s time Celtic spoke out about this because instead of waging an imaginary war on fan media who seem to be the only ones defending Nancy from this onslaught of abuse from outlets the club are happy to let walk through their doors.
