Kovacevic has only been at Celje since last summer and has 25 goals from 28 games in all competitions.

Celtic are one of the clubs interested in Kovacevic, and the 26-year-old could be at the centre of a bidding war.

Franko Kovacevic focused on Celje

“Celje paid a fee for me,” he told Nogomania.

“I have a three-year contract. The club decides. I’m not thinking about the future. I play, I score, I’m happy. When something concrete comes, we’ll talk.”
