67 Hail Hail’s audience have had their say on TalkingPoints after we asked what sort of fee they would be willing to accept for Daizen Maeda.
Wilfried Nancy will be desperate to keep his key players and there had been suggestions that Maeda could be moved on in January.
Maeda is now reportedly keen to stay until after the World Cup but it would be no surprise if there were some clubs that tried their luck next month.

It will be a sad day when the winger goes, but all good things have to come to an end and after debating on one of our recent TalkingPoints, you have told us the fee it would take to sanction a sale.
The amount it would take for Celtic fans to sell Daizen Maeda
Nearly 2,000 fans voted on the poll that has been running over the course of the last month and the most popular suggestion was to accept a fee of anywhere between the £15-£20m mark.
How much would you sell Daizen Maeda for?
The winger’s contract expires in 2027, which would give him roughly 18 months left on his current deal.
That’s going to have some impact on what the Hoops can demand, as teams will know they could hold out for another six months and try to sign him on a pre-contract agreement in January 2027.
Where would Daizen Maeda rank in the all-time Celtic sales?
If Maeda was to leave Celtic Park for anywhere between £15-20m, it would count as one of Celtic’s biggest sales of all time.
Leading the way at the moment is Matt O’Riley, who was sold for £26m (rising to £30m) to Brighton & Hove Albion in 2024.
Who is the most important player in the Celtic squad?
Moussa Dembele joined Lyon for £20m, which is probably where most would say Maeda is worth.
