Bodo/Glimt have named their price for Celtic target Kasper Hogh.
Time is running out for Martin O’Neill to strengthen his squad before the closure of the January transfer window.
Two loan signings are in the door, in the shape of full-back Julian Araujo and striker Tomas Cvancara.
O’Neill has left the door open to the potential signing of two strikers, with Shin Yamada completing his Celtic exit on Tuesday.
And Hogh seems to be emerging as a key target late in the window, with the Danish striker making his mark in the Champions League this month.

Phillippe Clement’s Norwich City are also interested in Hogh, but they couldn’t have timed their pursuit worse.
That’s because Hogh put two past Manchester City in the Champions League just days after those reports emerged. Another few million on his price tag, perhaps?

Potentially so. The Scottish Sun report that Bodo/Glimt are valuing him at around £6 million for any club to make a January move.
That’s a tenfold increase on the fee that the Norwegian club paid to take him from Staebaek two years ago.
The report also says that Celtic are ‘poised’ to make a bid, with Norwich having launched one of their own last week.
Hogh was the second-top scorer in Norway’s Eliteserien last season, having established himself as Bodo’s first choice striker.
In his first season, he averaged a goal every 91 minutes – an exceptional goal rate for any striker at any level. Regardless, he has never been capped for Denmark.
The Danes have Kieran Tierney to thank for the fact that they still aren’t qualified for the tournament, but Hogh will no doubt be eyeing a place in the squad if he is to make a January move.

Chris Sutton on Celtic target Kasper Hogh
In his column for Pinkun after Hogh’s links to Norwich, ex-Canaries hero Chris Sutton discussed his initial thoughts on his performance against City.
He said: “Høgh was impressive, finished well and caused Manchester City’s backline no end of problems. He probably could have scored more.
“The problem now is that other potential suitors will have stepped forward, and I’m sure Bodo will have gleefully added a few million onto the price tag.
“It would be quite a coup if Norwich could convince him to swap the Champions League for the bottom of the Championship.”
