Stoke City have won the race for Luke Graham, with the Dundee defender heading for a medical with the Potters.
Graham had reportedly been watched by Celtic throughout the 2025-26 season, with Rangers also initiating contact over the Scotland youth international.
However, he is now headed down south with a fee agreed of £2 million plus add-ons with the Championship club.
His camp reportedly told Ibrox chiefs that his preference was a move to England.

A left-sided central defender, he was named in Scotland’s matchday squad for their first warm-up friendly against Curaçao as a reward for his club form.
A host of European clubs were credited with an interest, including Valencia, Lech Poznan and Danny Rohl’s Red Bull Salzburg.
Graham was nominated for the Scottish PFA Player of the Year award this season, though he lost out to Mikey Moore.
He is an academy product at Dens Park, and has spent time on loan at Albion Rovers, Montrose and Falkirk.
He has eight caps for Scotland under-21s, scoring for them against Azerbaijan last October. Colby Donovan and Kyle Ure are among his teammates there.
Oskar Wojcik and Zinedin Smajlovic have also been linked with Celtic, with central defence among many positions requiring reinforcements.
🤦♂️ Still no sign of an agreement for either of these two Celtic favourites to stay…

Steven Pressley’s huge praise for Dundee’s Luke Graham
Discussing Graham after his impressive performance against Celtic in April, Dundee boss Steven Pressley said: “He’s been outstanding for us. He really has. He’s been a real standout.
“He’s grown week after week, and the biggest problem is obvious: trying to hold onto him or trying to replace him!
“That’s going to be the hardest part of the summer.
“I think it’s the nature of the way football works. We’re not the only selling club. There’s maybe only one or two clubs in the world that aren’t selling clubs.
“We have to accept that. But as the club have shown over the January window, Luke will not leave unless we get the fee that we think’s acceptable and reflects his value.
“And that seems to grow by the game!”
