And with rumours that Celtic captain Callum McGregor could leave for Saudi Arabia, it’s Yang who is the player Guidi says O’Neill won’t let depart.
Guidi told The Go Radio Football Show, “It was a fabulous goal. And I have to say, the improvement in Yang’s game is down to Martin O’Neill.
“Martin O’Neill really took a shine to Yang, encouraged him to go and be brave, one on one, use his pace.
“He’s very strong as well. He’s got good strength. And I see today, there’s been reports saying that Yang’s a target for various clubs down south and maybe across Europe.
“I’m not surprised at that, but he will not be sold. He will not be sold in this window.”
