Reports from Polish media outlet Gazeta Krakowska claim Werder Bremen are negotiating a deal worth between €3m and €5m.
The reported figure tells every interested club, including Celtic, where negotiations are expected to start.
For Celtic, €3-5 million is hardly unfamiliar territory in the transfer market given the fees the club have paid for players in recent seasons.
