Sky Sports have delivered three key transfer updates concerning Celtic’s pursuit of players before the transfer window deadline.
The Hoops are keen on signing two new wingers, a striker and a back-up left-back for Kieran Tierney with just over a week to go.
Celtic fans protested against the board during and after the 0-0 draw with Kairat Almaty on Wednesday as they let rip over the lack of quality signings this summer.
Brendan Rodgers is desperate for reinforcements, and it seems Celtic are working hard on a few deals simultaneously in the background.

Michel-Ange Balikwisha
Sky Sports reporter Anthony Joseph claims Celtic will need to cough up £5m to sign Michel-Ange Balikwisha from Belgian side Royal Antwerp.
It was previously reported that the Hoops had agreed a £4.5m transfer fee, however Joseph appears to be stating negotiations are ongoing.
Balikwisha suffered a number of muscle injuries last season that saw him play just 17 appearances for Antwerp, scoring four goals. He’s played four competitive games for the club so far this campaign.

Calvin Stengs
Celtic want two new wingers, and it appears Calvin Stengs from Feyenoord is the other target the Scottish champions are targeting.
Joseph claims that the Hoops have made a transfer enquiry for the 26-year-old, but Champions League qualification hinges on submitting a bid or not.
Stengs would cost Celtic a lot in terms of the transfer fee and his wages, it is being said.

Jakob Breum
Jakob Breum has been linked with Celtic for a while and can play on both the wing and centrally. The Go Ahead Eagles youngster is being valued at £5m by his club.
Joseph says Celtic still want to sign Breum and talks were supposedly held on Thursday between the Bhoys and the Eagles.
Celtic have already seen two bids rejected for Breum, the most recent being a £2.6m offer. Breum has two years remaining on his Eagles contract.
Joseph claims transfer talks were held on Thursday between Celtic and the Eagles for Breum, but this has been rubbished by The Herald journalist Stephen McGowan.
McGowan states the last round of talks were actually held in July, while he also claims the Eagles want £6m for Breum and not £5m.
