Rozga has been scouted by the Hoops after impressing for Sturm Graz this season and could be one of the many arrivals in the summer as Celtic prepare for a major squad revamp.

The midfielder has only spent one season with the Austrian side after joining from Cracovia last summer but has caught the eye and was allegedly approached by the Hoops in January.

Filip Rozga birthplace, nationality, position, height and weight

Filip Rozga was born in Skawina, Poland on 7 August 2006, which makes him 19 years old at the time of writing.

Rozga has represented Poland throughout his whole career and plays predominately as an attacking midfielder.

He stands at 1.77m tall, or 5′ 9″ and according to EAFC 26, weighs 73kg.

The 19-year-old knows what it feels like to play in front of 60,000 fans at Celtic Park after featuring in the Europa League clash between the Hoops and Sturm Graz.

He actually provided the assist for Sturm Graz’s goal on that night, which may have provided food for thought for the Celtic scouting department.

Rozga’s game time has increased gradually over the course of the season and is now a first-team regular.

He has also broken into the Polish national team, making two appearances but where he may need to improve is his G/A contributions.

The attacking midfielder has two goals and two assists in all competitions. You would expect more from someone who comes in to start.

Described as an attacking midfielder or winger, Rozga is blessed with plenty of pace.
