Celtic fans have mixed feelings over Stuttgart protest

While the majority of supporters want the current Celtic board removed from their roles, there were some who couldn’t get on board with the protest and felt that it set the tone for the rest of the night.

One fan said: “The people involved in these protests should hang their heads in shame. Look at the Stuttgart fans, that is what we used to be like.”

Not everyone agreed, though, with another commenting: “The board have left the fans with no other choice. Sack the board. And why did TNT deliberately avoid showing it?”

How do Celtic fans get the board to listen to their concerns?

This fan wrote: “Ridiculous decision. Glad Martin O’Neill has called them out.”

A fourth added: “No need for it inside stadiums, brings the teams down!! Get behind the bhoys on the park & protest outside!!”

Another stated: “Brilliant from the fans fair play to them. Hope the board get another fine. Nights like this used to be special with the Green Brigade and their tifos and the noise they made. Instead we sit in silence and watch the other teams bring in their ultras and tifos and put us to shame in our own stadium. Get the Green Brigade back ASAP.”

A sixth person wrote: “Are any protests getting anywhere? The board just don’t care so it’s pretty pointless in my opinion.”
