Celtic get their UEFA Champions League campaign underway next Tuesday.
It may not feel like it right now, with international football dominating the headlines, but the season is about to get very real, very quickly for Brendan Rodgers‘ men.
After qualification straight into the Champions League group stage for the second successive season, we will play our first European clash of the campaign on Tuesday 19 September.
Feyenoord are the opponents at their atmospheric De Kuip stadium. It promises to be a big night and Celtic supporters in the UK will be able to watch it on a brand new television channel.
TNT Sports will be the home of our European fixtures this season, after launching in place of BT Sport back in mid-July.
The new channel has already shown the UEFA Super Cup clash between Manchester City and Sevilla as well as a handful of Premier League matches. Yet, Celtic’s bow will arrive next Tuesday with the match set for some big billing.

MORE CELTIC STORIES
A number of outlets, including Live Football On TV, have the match being shown on TNT Sports 1. That’s some decent exposure for us, even if TNT Sports 2 does strangely seem to be the broadcaster’s flagship channel on their Champions League nights.
That channel will be showing holders Manchester City at home to Crvena Zvezda, with that match also on their TNT Sports Ultimate (Ultra HD) channel.

However, we’re on TNT Sports 1, with coverage beginning after the mouthwatering early clash between AC Milan and Newcastle United.
With games now lasting 100 minutes or longer, we can expect that 5:45pm kick-off to finish around 7:45pm. That means there not be a whole lot of build-up to our match.
However, that’s unlikely to dampen the mood too much as we aim for the perfect start in Group E. With PSG vs Borussia Dortmund and Barcelona vs Antwerp among the other 8pm kick-offs, it’s pretty good to have us on the very first TNT channel. Bring it on.
