Two new Celtic signings should start against Stuttgart

Three new players were added to Celtic’s Europa League squad following their qualification.

Julian Araujo, Tomas Cvancara and Junior Adamu were the trio included in the squad, and are now all set to be considered for selection.

Araujo has become a fan favourite at right back while Cvancara had an important role in two of the goals against Kilmarnock and deserves to start from the off.

Europa League rules state that only three changes can be made to the 25-man squad list, meaning that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Benjamin Arthur and Joel Mvuka won’t be in contention.

Celtic’s predicted XI to face Stuttgart

As for the rest of the side, we can expect to see something similar to what we saw at Rugby Park.

Kasper Schmeichel starts in goal, with a back four of Araujo, Auston Trusty, Liam Scales and Kieran Tierney in front of him.

Callum McGregor captains the Hoops in midfield and will be joined by Benjamin Nygren and Reo Hatate due to Arne Engels’ injury sidelining him until the end of March.

How would your starting XI look?

Sebastian Tounekti deserves to start after his game-changing impact in Ayrshire at the weekend. The only change would be that he starts on the right, allowing Daizen Maeda to stay in his favoured left-wing role.

Completing the XI is Cvancara, who comes in to start ahead of Adamu.
