Another successful season has come to an end for Celtic.
Brendan Rodgers has put two more trophies on the table for Celtic, despite the disappointment of missing out on the Treble, but that’s the level of this club now.
It has never been the norm for any team in Scotland’s history to expect Trebles, but it has become so familiar for Celtic that many are disappointed when it doesn’t happen.
Changes are already underway for the new campaign, everyone knows Rodgers will stay on board, with his contract running out next season.
As the 2025 summer transfer window is heating up, with Kieran Tierney back in the building, and others hoping to follow suit.
And whilst all of that is happening, Celtic Park is given a gloss over.

Changes to Celtic Park ahead of the 2025/26 season
Ken Ross is the stadium tour guide at Celtic Park, and he shared a few changes being made ahead of next season.
The 2025/26 season is still six weeks away, but ‘new grass’ has already been relayed, as an image was shared on Ross’ social media, taken on June 15.
Added to that, Ross also told a fan that the dugouts are ‘being replaced’ in the coming weeks, as he ‘annoyed’ the supporters of a certain team in Scotland by posting an image of himself with the European Cup.
‘The new grass at Celtic Park is coming on, 🍀 @CelticFC,’ wrote Ross.
@McgregorC90 asked: ‘What’s happening with the dugouts?’
Ross responded: ‘Being replaced in the next few weeks.’
Before also adding: ‘I’ve had similar angry comments today, from the same demographic, after I posted a simple picture of the Celtic Park pitch. Not sure why they’re so interested in us. Could they be obsessed? 🤔
‘Anyway, since it annoys them so much, this is my response 🏆 HH 😊 🍀…’
Celtic’s home record for the 2024/25 season
Extra games were played at Paradise than usual last term, because of UEFA revamping their European format, and two extra games being played in the Champions League.
Despite that change, Celtic fared well on Europe’s biggest stage, losing only once at home, and that to German champions Bayern Munich.
| Games | Wins | Draws | Losses | Goals scored | Goals conceded |
| 29 | 24 | 3 | 2 | 90 | 18 |
Now it’s a case of continuing this trend, remaining strong in Europe at home, and trying to reach the heights of unbeaten status at home.
This team and this manager have done it before; in truth, it isn’t the end goal because, as long as the trophies are put on the table, then the supporters will be delighted.
