Normal service is resuming for Celtic in the Scottish Premiership this season.
Despite a few iffy moments here and there, another Premiership title should be delivered by Brendan Rodgers and his ever-dominant side.

Ever since Rodgers stepped foot into Scotland, he has done nothing but dominate, but things could be a little different in the coming years for everyone involved.
There is always drama around the corner for Scottish teams, and the latest episode dropped on Tuesday.
Whether fans, of any walk of life, like it or not, the game has become more and more about the money, as the SPFL’s latest proposed plans have caused quite a stir.
Neil Doncaster is the chief executive, as he runs the ship at the top of the SPFL, and he hasn’t exactly been a popular figure during his time in the boardroom.
As Celtic push towards Premiership title number 55, they might find a change in the calendar and an ease in the fixture list if the SPFL push ahead with their plans.

Celtic fans react to SPFL’s plans for a potential ten-man league
Other leagues, such as the English Premier League, have the money coming through in bucket loads, and you even get a load of cash – a parachute payment – for getting relegated alone from England’s top-flight.
It’s a different world in Scotland, and it seems as though, for the SPFL to help themselves, they are planning a proposed ten-man league, from the usual 12, as reported by the Herald.
It is said that the SPFL plans to return to a ten-man league, with no top-six split, which would reduce the matches from 36 to 34.
It’s fair to say that the Celtic faithful aren’t on board with this and they made their feelings clear on social media.
@OranStander_ reminded those in power about April Fools: ‘April Fools ended at 12 lads’.
@clvn67 continued that theme: ‘April fools surely’.
@Jeepster1965 wants to go the other way: ‘Would prefer a bigger league TBH’.
@Barrybhoy2021 shared an interesting take: ‘No no no. We need a bigger league to help development. A smaller league means even bigger chances of teams being relegated. Our teams are crap in europe and it is hurting the national team. All they want is 4 celtic and rangers games a season’.
@KevinTwist67 added: ‘Everyone: 16-18 team expansion pls. SPFL: how about less teams?
@Kryten1888 thinks it’s a joke: ‘What date is it today?’
@MMoyles25 stated how it should be done: ‘Last thing any Scottish fan wants is a smaller league. A two tier top flight set up, 20 in prem 22 in champ No one wants 4 Celtic v the rangers matches. Make it exciting again… home and away tie, the old argu of the teams wanting the fans in is gone due to no one letting them in’.
@Gunny2323 thinks it’s all about the money: ‘League clearly needs 14+, but will always been 12 or less so sky can get the 4 Derby games guaranteed, and that’s where the money comes from’.
@stromunde isn’t happy: ‘A return to the ten would be utter garbage. I can’t believe they’re even considering it. There’s probably too many vested interests for them to ever do what’s best for the game’.
Why do the SPFL want a potential ten-man league?
All across Europe, the contrast talk is about the fixture list and how it is congested for those teams playing in Europe.
The Champions League was revamped this season, as well as the Europa League and the Conference League, which means more matches.
The SPFL want these possible proposed changes because of the fixture congestion and the extra games clubs are competing in on the European stage, as the Herald continues to report.
No clubs have been consulted about such an idea, so this is very much in the early phases and 11 out of the 12 clubs would need to back it.
But just the mere thought of it being discussed has annoyed the fans, and not just those of a Celtic persuasion, as this is one to look out for.
