The future of Greg Taylor is yet to be confirmed.
As of this moment, Taylor is leaving Celtic because his contract expires at the end of June; neither the player nor the club have said anything official on the matter.
You suspect that Kieran Tierney’s return to Glasgow increases the chances of the obvious happening, and that’s Taylor not signing a new deal and staying on for next season.
But whilst there has been no confirmation on Taylor, that doesn’t mean that rumours haven’t been swirling around regarding where he could go or what he could do.
If the 27-year-old heads to Northern Greece and joins PAOK, who will play in Europe, then a reunion will be on the cards with a former teammate.

Celtic flop Jonjoe Kenny could reunite with Greg Taylor at PAOK
Jonjoe Kenny’s spell at Celtic was a nightmare; it lasted just as it should have done, it was short-lived.
The right-back was at Celtic Park on a short-term loan deal in 2021, where he played alongside Taylor, and now they could reunite.
There have been suggestions that PAOK want to sign Taylor on a Bosman, and if that happens, then Kenny will be waiting for him on the other end.
Fabrizio Romano posted that Kenny has said ‘yes’ to a transfer to PAOK from the German side, Hertha Berlin, and it’s a ‘here we go’ and a ‘done deal’, as he posted on social media.
‘Jonjoe Kenny says yes to PAOK, deal done and here we go, wrote Romano.
‘Agreement between club and player in the last hours. Medical check and signing in the next few days. Jonjoe Kenny will play in Europe next season after rejecting Köln, Werder Bremen, and Sheffield United.’
What has Kenny done since his forgettable Celtic spell?
After that forgettable Celtic spell for Kenny, he returned to his parent club, Everton, but was out of the door and heading to Germany straight away.
Since then, the 28-year-old has spent the last three seasons at Hertha Berlin, who are in Germany’s second tier, after their relegation in 2023.
They have failed to earn promotion, including an 11th-placed finish last time out.

But now Kenny is jumping from Germany’s second tier to playing for a team in Europe, as he bids to revive a career that has continued to stumble following his Celtic spell.
