Sackings, statements, resignations, more statements and protests against the board, it’s all been happening at Celtic and Rangers this season.
There hasn’t been a more chaotic season in Glasgow, and it has probably aided Hearts, who are currently sitting at the top of the Premiership table.
But as Celtic look to appoint Wilfried Nancy as their new manager, Rangers have sacked Patrick Stewart and Kevin Thelwell.
One accusation that has been thrown at them is the fact that they didn’t understand what life is like in the Glasgow bubble or a Rangers bubble, as Joe Hart offered his thoughts with his Celtic hat on.

After a trophy-winning career in the Premier League, which had faltered for several years, Hart joined Celtic in 2021 under Ange Postecoglou.
The former England international admitted that ‘I didn’t want to understand’ what life was like in the pressure cooker of Celtic, because he didn’t need to, compared to someone coming in as a board member.
But Hart feels that, those recently sacked at Rangers, probably had ‘good intentions’, but they simply weren’t what the club were looking for.
Before he proceeded to mention how, since Steven Gerrard stopped Celtic from winning the ten, ‘normal service has resumed’ in Scotland.
Mark Chapman: “When you joined Celtic, did you really think, I need to understand what it’s like up here because it’s going to be really different to anywhere else?
“I am not trying to land you in it. They’re not playing on the moon.”
Hart: “I hear what you are saying. But if you are going to take over those jobs, and obviously, I can only speak from the Celtic side of things. I know they get grouped together.
“I joined Celtic with a very open mind. But understanding that I was joining something that I might not quite totally understand, and I didn’t want to understand it.
“But I am just a player. So, I didn’t have to understand it. I just knew that I just had to implement my skills, and how I behave. How I want to be seen. How I want to be understood.
“It fell in line with what Celtic wanted and needed. So, I feel pleased about that.
“I have seen many people go in with good intentions. The right intentions, to be good people and good professionals.
“But it doesn’t quite sit in line with what the club expects and what the club wants. I feel like that has happened at Rangers a few times.
“Of course, the people that they have taken on. Russell Martin is a great example. He would have come in with every intention. I talked about it with Thomas Frank, to do well for the club, and it’s just not worked.
“It’s under a microscope, like every club is. But the noise is loud. It has been rumbling for a little while, in terms of almost having that false start under Steven Gerrard, winning the league. Stopping the ten in a row, and normal service has resumed ever since.
“It will be interesting for someone to say that they would be an ‘expert in Scottish football.’ Well, they would have to employ them, because they had worked at Celtic, and that’s never going to happen.”

With some questioning Nancy’s soon-to-be appointment, remember, Ange Postecoglou arrived with the same noise, and just after the Gers had won the title.
The rest was history with what Postecoglou achieved, including winning the Treble.
