Chris Sutton has labelled Rangers ‘serial bottlers’ as the Celtic hero makes an interesting comparison between Danny Rohl and Martin O’Neill.
The former Celtic striker was asked if he was ‘scared’ about Rangers’ resurgence after the Ibrox win over Hearts even though the Hoops beat Kilmarnock.
The gap to Hearts at the top of the Scottish Premiership table has now been cut to three points by Celtic, and with a game in hand, Martin O’Neill could effectively go top if he beats Rangers and Aberdeen next month.
What is the biggest difference you have noticed in this Celtic side under Martin O’Neill?
It all makes for an interesting end of the season but Celtic hero Sutton reckons that there is one outcome that is almost guaranteed to happen over Rangers’ way.

Sutton claims Danny Rohl is ‘similar’ to Martin O’Neill despite Rangers ‘serial bottlers’ jibe
Sutton does like to wind Rangers fans up whenever Celtic turn on the heat as this light-hearted banter exchange with one of the Ibrox support proves.
Sutton told a Rangers fan on BBC 606, “Sean, you’ve been serial bottlers for years. I’m not overly concerned. I think Danny Rohl’s done a brilliant job.
“That’s what I do think. I think there’s a lot of similarities between Danny Rohl and Martin O’Neill.
“I still don’t think that Rangers have played brilliantly under Danny Rohl, but I think he stabilised the club and is similar with Celtic.
“So I think I still think Hearts aren’t out of it. Just Rangers’ record at Ibrox is really good under Danny Rohl.
“Hearts losing at Ibrox doesn’t mean that they’re out of it.”

Chris Sutton slaps down ‘whinging’ Neil McCann’s Celtic tears
Rangers fans are not the only ones Sutton has had a go at this weekend as the Sky Sports pundit took aim at Kilmarnock boss Neil McCann’s Celtic comments.
McCann moaned, again, about the time added on at Rugby Park as Sutton told the Killie boss to put his ‘sour grapes’ away.
Sutton said, “For all the whinging about the seven minutes added on at Kilmarnock.
“Seven minutes was light in truth with the lengthy stoppages for Lyons and Thompson and all the subs… sour grapes springs to mind and jealousy…”
