Across Europe, clubs are beginning to be crowned top-flight league champions in their respective nations.
Celtic joined that list on Saturday afternoon as they hammered Dundee United 5-0 to secure their fourth successive Premiership title and a 13th triumph in 14 years.
The Hoops are now two clear of Rangers as far as major honours are concerned, with Celtic now on 120 compared to their arch-rivals stuck on 118.
Celtic are one of the most dominant domestic forces in world football, and the same can be said for Greek giants Olympiacos, who currently have Luis Palma on their loan books.

Luis Palma won league title with Olympiacos
Palma was sent to Olympiacos from Celtic in January in a bid to receive more game time, something he wasn’t getting too often from Brendan Rodgers.
Nicolas Kuhn was on fire and Jota had just arrived, so it was only right Palma found pastures new in an attempt to end the 2024/25 season on a high.
That’s exactly what he did with Olympiacos, who clinched a record 48th Greek top-flight title two weeks ago after a 1-0 victory over AEK Athens.
Palma was an unused substitute for the game and despite only making five appearances in the Super League Greece 1, he was eligible to receive a league title winners’ medal.
And he was only two Scottish Premiership matches away from earning two such medals in the same season, but SPFL rules have denied him.
Celtic’s Palma will not earn Premiership medal
Palma played eight Premiership games for Celtic before making an early February switch to Olympiacos on loan for the rest of the season.
The 25-year-old actually only started one of those which came in a 2-0 home win over Dundee a day before Halloween.
Even if he made only two more substitute appearances, he would have been eligible for a Premiership title winners’ medal.
But SPFL rules state that players must have 10 league appearances under their belt in the season to go down on the records as winning the title.
If indeed Palma did play 10 Premiership outings, he would have joined the likes of David Beckham and Joao Cancelo to have won multiple league titles in the same season with different clubs.
Beckham did so in 2012/23 with LA Galaxy and PSG. The former England captain secured the MLS Cup at the end of 2012 before helping the Parisians secure the 2013 Ligue 1 crown.
Cancelo started the 2022/23 season with Manchester City and played in 17 Premier League games before his fall-out with Pep Guardiola.
That led to a January loan switch to Bayern Munich, where the Portuguese wing-back went on to secure the Bundesliga title on the final day of the season.
City also won the Premier League that year, meaning he took home two league title winners’ medals.
