Celtic’s latest meeting with Rangers after last shambolic Ibrox arrangements

Celtic are to meet with Rangers tomorrow as the SLO tweeted on X, “Planning meeting is tomorrow morning so we’ll update once everything is confirmed.”

Hopefully, that meeting will be as productive for the result Celtic fans got for the Scottish Premiership clash at Ibrox last weekend.

The travelling Hoops support had to be inside Ibrox a full two hours before kick-off as a safety precaution with Police Scotland keen to avoid congested bottlenecks as fans entered the stadium.

What Celtic fans can expect from Rangers meeting

Undoubtedly, the arrangements that will be made from tomorrow’s meeting will be far more stringent.

With more than three times the number of Celtic fans heading to Ibrox for the Scottish Cup clash, there will likely be a heavier police presence in and around Rangers’ stadium with road closures also expected.

Hopefully, the larger travelling Celtic fanbase can spur the team over the line and knock Rangers out of the cup, effectively ending the Ibrox club’s season.
